Largo del bargello and the foolish fountain

Wonderful square in Gubbio, home to the Bargello Palace and the Fountain of the Madmen. In Gubbio there is a tradition associated with the famous fountain. By completing three complete turns of the fountain with a playful spirit, one obtains the license of the madman.
