Bishop's Palace, Acquaviva delle Fonti
The Palace was commissioned by Monsignor Falconi as a replacement for inadequate prelatial structures. After a collapse in 1859, the design was assigned to Luigi Castellucci, a student of Luigi Vanvitelli. Following an initial accident, the building's location was changed. Used by prelates until 1986, it remained unused due to lack of funds until 2013, when a conservative restoration began, reopening in 2015.
